  • Alt. Superman 2

  • V-sit

  • Side plank R

  • Side plank L

  • Rest 25” between sets

  • For reps:

  • 5 minutes for max reps for each movement:

  • push-up

  • Step-up

  • sit-up

  • Air squat

  • rest one minute between movements
