  • rest 30 seconds

     

  • 1 minute of GHD hip extension

     

  • rest 30 seconds

     

  • 1 minute of rings inverted hang

     

  • rest 30 seconds

     

  • 1 minute of box jump

     

  • rest 30 seconds

     

  • rest three minutes

     

  • complete as many rounds as possible

     

  • in 11 minutes of:

     

  • 10 power snatch

     

  • 10 burpees over the barbell
