  • with the following pattern:
  • 1x ladder wall walk
  • 2x ladder burpees
  • 3x ladder one-leg squat

     

  • Amrap 3 minutes
  • rest one minute
  • Amrap 5 minutes
  • rest two minutes
  • Amrap 8 minutes

  • extra workout
  • every two minutes
  • 7 sets for load:
  • 6 alternating front-rack
  • reverse lunges
