  • EmoM for 16 minutes
  • 1: 10 DB bench press
  • 2: 8+8 kickstand squat
  • (use a DB or KB)
  • 3: 15 GHD sit-up
  • (orWeighted fitball sit-up)

     

  • 9-7-5 reps for time of:
  • Bar muscle-up
  • Power snatch (40/60 kg)
  • Time cap: 8 minutes
