  • Min. 2: rest
  • Min. 3: strict leg raise on pararallettes
  • Min. 4: rest
  • Min. 5: max calories on the rower
  • Min. 6: rest 
  • On a 12-minutes clock
  • Every minutes perform:
  • 1 squat clean
  • (♂60 kg, ♀ 40 kg barbell)
  • Burpees*
  • *one burpee in the 1.st minute, add 2 burpees for each round
