  • 20” plyo box jump

     

  • Rest 90 seconds

     

  • three 3-minutes Rounds 
  • for max reps of:

     

  • 1: pull-up

     

  • 2: power Snatch

     

  • (♂50 kg, ♀35 kg barbell)

     

  • 3: handstand push-up 

     

  • Rest one minute between rounds
