  • six sets
  • every two minutes, for each arm:
  • 3 kettlebell russian swing
  • 3 kettlebell clean
  • 3 kettlebell shoulder to overhead
  • 3 kettlebell snatch

     

  • For time:
  • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
  • burpees over the kettlebell
  • 2 KB Turkish get-up
  • (use a 16/24 kg kettlebell)
  • time cap: 12 minutes

  • 10 sets for time:
  • 500/600-meter air Bike
  • Rest 30s between sets.
