  • 20 push-up
  • 12 dumbbell row (20/15 kg dbs)
  • max dumbbell lunges (20/15)
  • rest 60 seconds between sets
  • – – – –
  • complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
  • 1 front squat, 1 push-press, 1 thruster
  • 2 front squat, 2 push-press, 2 thruster
  • 3 front squat, 3push-press, 3 thruster
  • etc…
  • use a 50/35 kg barbell
