  • 3 wall-ball shot (6/9 kg)
  • 5 hand-release push-up
  • 6 wall-ball shot
  • 10 hand-release push-up
  • 9 wall-ball shot
  • 15 hand-release push-up
  • Etc …
  • – Continue to add 3/5 reps to both movements until time expires.
