  • every two minutes for five rounds
  • 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 reps

     

  • 7 rounds for time:
  • 200-m run
  • 10 DB box step-over
  • (10/15 kg) (50/60cm)
  • Use two dumbbells.
  • Time cap: 15 minutes
