  • amrap in 6 minutes:

     

  • with a 15/22,5 kg dumbbell:

     

  • 1 devil press

     

  • 1 push-press

     

  • 1 thruster

     

  • 1 front squat

     

  • repeat the complex alternating

     

  • arms after each set
