  • routine 3: pull-up

     

  • Pre-workout:
  • four rounds, every 90s:
  • 5 hang muscle snatch

     

  • 7 sets for load:
  • every two minutes
  • 3 hang power snatch

     

  • 4 rounds for time:
  • 12 one-db box step-up
  • (50/60 cm box,
  • 15/22,5 kg DB held at the shoulder)
  • 12 toes-to-bar
  • time cap: 6 minutes
